Payment, Deposit & Refund Policy

The $2,995.00 payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

This payment secures your position in the custom design schedule and covers earned service time including consultation, CAD/CAM development, redesign engineering, vendor coordination, and project planning.

The $2,995.00 payment applies toward your overall project total once scope is approved. Final pricing is confirmed after consultation, CAD approval, material selection, and vendor manufacturing quotes.

All remaining balances must be paid in full before any physical ring, stone, or finished product is released, shipped, or delivered.

This starting price reflects true market-based custom fine jewelry pricing including professional design labor, CAD/CAM development, revision accountability, vendor coordination, and quality oversight—priced to retail standards consistent with industry guidance.

1:1 redesign consultation (comfort, wearability, structure, aesthetics)
Custom CAD development or revision through a professional CAD/CAM workflow
Structural redesign engineering focused on longevity (prong protection, reinforcement, comfort refinements)
Production planning + coordination with trusted manufacturing partners (including Stuller CAD/CAM & fine metals)
Final design review prior to any manufacturing approval
Revision accountability within the included redesign scope (additional rounds may be billed if extensive)

What’s Not Included (Quoted Separately If Needed)

All stones (center + any accents) unless explicitly added and quoted (lab or natural)
Manufacturing and setting (casting, finishing, assembly, stone setting) — quoted after CAD approval
Major structural changes beyond the approved redesign scope — quoted before work proceeds
Extensive additional CAD rounds beyond the included revision allowance
Rush service (if available and approved)
Shipping/insurance/signature confirmation (if selected)

How Final Pricing Works (Market-Based + Transparent)

Your final total is confirmed after consultation and CAD review based on:

Metal type & weight + real-time market changes
Vendor manufacturing (casting, finishing, assembly, setting)
Design complexity and required CAD/CAM work
Stone sourcing (if added): size, cut, color, clarity, certification preferences
Modification fees required to achieve the approved design

Important: All balances must be paid in full (including materials, stones, CAD/CAM, labor, taxes, and fees) before any physical ring is released or shipped.
