PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Savea 'Ohana Creations LLC offers:

  1. Physical Products: Ready-to-ship jewelry, apparel, and lifestyle accessories
  2. Custom Design Services: Bespoke jewelry design consultations and creation
  3. Digital Products: CAD renderings, design files, and digital assets

PRODUCT CATEGORIES & TERMS

Physical Products:

  • Subject to our 30-day return policy (see Refund Policy)
  • Shipped according to our Shipping Policy
  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our ability

Custom & Bespoke Services:

  • Require design consultation and approval process
  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable once work begins
  • Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary
  • Client must approve final design before production begins
  • Custom pieces are final sale and non-returnable

Digital Products:

  • Delivered electronically via email
  • Non-refundable once delivered or accessed
  • For personal use only unless commercial license purchased
  • May not be resold, redistributed, or shared

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices in USD
  • Payment due at time of purchase for physical and digital products
  • Custom orders require 50% deposit to begin, balance due before shipping
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Custom designs remain our intellectual property until paid in full
  • Clients receive rights to use approved designs for agreed-upon purposes
  • Our brand name, logo, and original designs are protected trademarks

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to carrier or circumstances beyond our control
  • Minor variations in custom pieces from digital renderings
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Misuse of products or digital files

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
