REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: February 5, 2026

At Savea 'Ohana Creations LLC, we offer different return and refund terms based on the type of product or service purchased:

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Ready-to-Ship Jewelry & Lifestyle Items)

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at saveaohanacreationsllc@gmail.com or 808-859-2293 within 30 days of delivery
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship item back within 7 days of receiving authorization
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Items lost or damaged in return transit are customer's responsibility

Non-Returnable Physical Items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES & BESPOKE JEWELRY

Custom design services and bespoke jewelry pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once appointment is confirmed
  • Design deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun
  • Custom jewelry orders are final once production begins
  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice or consultation fee is forfeited

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (CAD Renderings, Design Files)

All digital products are non-refundable once files have been delivered or accessed.

  • Sales are final upon delivery of digital files
  • No refunds for change of mind after file delivery
  • Technical issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange physical products for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
