Timing & What’s Included

Your timeline is based on complexity, diamond sourcing, shipping, and the CAD review cycle. After final CAD approval, production can take anywhere from 7 days to 8 weeks.

Your design deposit reserves your slot and covers the early-stage design workflow (consultation + design planning + CAD initiation). Your deposit is applied toward the final product cost.

Important Policies

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposit must be paid before your concept/sketch is submitted to the CAD department.
• All quotes must be approved in writing before production begins.
• All shipping costs, fees, and taxes are paid by the client.
• Full balance is due before the final product is released/shipped.
• If you choose outside diamond sourcing (vendor outside of Stuller), the full diamond amount must be paid upfront so the stone can be shipped to the manufacturer to begin production.
• Final production pricing is based on the metal market rate on the day the stone is set to ship. Market values change daily, so final cost is calculated at that time.
